Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed in-house within 5-7 business days*. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Allow for additional time for shipping.
*Please allow additional days for processing during peak times (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Season, etc.)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
A flat-rate fee of $25.00 will apply to all provincial orders under $500.00. Complimentary shipping is applied to all provincial orders over $500.00.
Orders shipping to Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $40. Complimentary shipping is unavailable to these regions. Expedited shipping is available at Partners expense to these locations.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee of $50.00 on all orders under $2,000.00. Express shipping is available at Partners expense on all orders over $2,000.00.

Rates apply to Canada only. Shipping not available outside of Canadian addresses.
Delivery delays occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped which will contain a Purolator/Canada Post tracking number. All shipments are sent via ground service unless express service is requested and approved prior to order placement. To inquire about express shipping service please contact info@luxederma.ca. Shipments are sent with no signature required to residential addresses unless specifically requested.
Damages
Luxe Derma Partners Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
