COVID-19 Policy
In response to COVID-19, additional steps have been taken to further enhance your safety and the safety of our staff. Please review below the steps we are taking to ensure everyone’s health and safety during this time.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Our warehouses are following all health and safety guidelines to ensure proper handling of products/supplies and thorough sanitization methods are practiced.
PRE-SCREEN HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
We ask that you electronically fill out our pre-screen health questionnaire ahead of your scheduled training date/time, which will be emailed to you along with our classroom guidelines. This is required in order for us to enter your facility for your training. No pre-screen health questionnaire = no entry.
MODELS
If required, we are able to complete your training without the use of a model. In lieu of the practical portion of your training we would require you to submit two case studies of the treatment on a model at a later date in order to receive your certification. We ask that you confirm prior to your training if you will be bringing a model to your training session or completing your case studies at a later date.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Our educators will call you upon arrival. Please ensure no extra guests or models are present during the theory portion of your training. Please request that all models arrive along with no additional guests. Models must wear a mask.
HAND HYGIENE
Please ensure all trainees and models have hand sanitizer readily available to use upon entry. Gloves must be worn by the trainee. Educators will also be wearing gloves and will have hand sanitizer in their working kits for personal use only.
MASKS/FACE SHIELDS
Please ensure all trainees come prepared with proper face protection including masks and face shields. Educators will come with their own personal masks and face shields.
SANITIZATION
Please ensure enough time is allowed before and after trainings for proper sanitization of gear, tools, bed, doorknob, front entry, furniture, and all additional materials used in training. It is the clinics/spas responsibility to ensure all proper sanitization methods are being followed within their clinic and educators will ensure proper sanitization methods are followed pertaining to all products/supplies brought into the training.
LEAVING THE TRAINING ROOM
All departures from the training area during the scheduled training time by educator and trainee alike will be recorded for tracing purposes.
